Scheduler
Pay Range: $19.00 – $25.00 / hour
unWired is searching for an outgoing Scheduler to join our Technical Operations team. Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager, this position is responsible for initial contact with new and existing customers to schedule technician visits, such as site surveys and installation of new service.
Essential Duties:
- • Initiate contact with customers to schedule service appointments.
- • Notify and supply field installers with their assigned schedules daily.
- • Communicate regularly with Sales regarding installation timelines.
- • Manage assigned projects and installations according to the project specifications and serve as company liaison to customers.
- • Maintain positive customer relations by communicating effectively, maintaining a positive attitude, delivering to customer requirements, and by being timely and efficient.
- • Communicate with appropriate departments regarding customer complaints that could develop into product issues, customer dissatisfaction or major product failures.
- • Review job contract specifications and obligations, and coordinate with engineering and job supervision on job progress, completion dates, equipment delivery dates and establish schedule of installation based on company expectations.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- • High School Diploma, or equivalent language and mathematical skills.
- • Advanced skill in communicating verbally and in writing with both customers and other departments.
- • Existing familiarity or experience with field concepts such as average job times and manageable workloads.
- • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to multitask.
