Inside Sales Representative

unWired is searching for consultative Inside Sales Representative to keep pace with our Sales team. Reporting to the Sales Director, this consultative, solution-selling position is responsible for understanding the needs of potential customers, identifying sales opportunities, and offering appropriate solutions that will solve customers’ problems. This role is paid hourly plus commissions, with no commission cap.

Essential Duties:

  • • Answer in-bound inquiries and use consultative, solution-selling sales techniques to address customer needs, issues, and concerns and explain the benefits and features of our services to determine if we are the best fit.
  • • Gather information to uncover each customer’s unique challenges by asking qualifying questions and actively listening to devise solutions that specifically address their needs.
  • • Operates from a place of integrity and helpfulness, without the use of hard-selling closing techniques.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • • High School Diploma or equivalent; or demonstrated communication and mathematical proficiency.
  • • Inquisitive and skillful consultative salesperson with the ability to identify problems and offer solutions.
  • • Experience interacting with customers via phone, e-mail, text, and live chat and the ability to multitask and refocus from one task to another quickly and efficiently.
  • • Familiarity of direct and indirect competitors within our coverage area and the ability to overcome objections of customers who are looking at alternatives to our service.
  • • Highly functional in a loosely defined sales and support model and able to think quickly and out-of-the-box.
  • • Acute attention to detail, specifically entering and maintaining a very high level of data integrity based on information gathered during customer interactions.
