If you miss having movie nights with your friends, this might be the perfect solution! This Google Chrome extension allows you to sync up with your friends and watch the same movie or TV show on Netflix. There is even a chat window on the side so that you can catch up, while catching up on the latest Netflix shows. This extension is free to download and use.

Voxer acts as a modern-day walkie talkie and allows you to send audio messages to family and friends. You can either listen live or listen to the recorded message later. You can even create group chats with up to 500 people. For individuals, their personal plan is free to use! However, they also have business plans available for purchase.

Another walkie talkie app, Marco Polo adds video chatting capabilities! On this app, you can send video messages to friends for them to watch live, or to replay later. It’s perfect for those days when you want to Facetime, but just don’t have the time. You can even create Marco Polo groups to keep in touch with your family or friend groups.
