Door-to-Door Sales Representative (Temporary Part-Time)
Pay Range: $18.00 – $22.00 / Hourly
This role is paid hourly with the potential for commissions.
Commission Opportunities:
- • Residential sale: $50–$100 per completed installation
- • Business lead that converts: $100–$250
- • Event lead that converts: $50–$100
- • Monthly activity spiffs for appointments, installs, and event participation
unWired Broadband is searching for an outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representative (Temporary Part-Time) to join our on-site sales team. Reporting to the Inside Sales Supervisor, this position is responsible for generating new residential and business customers through neighborhood canvassing, community events, apartment outreach, business visits, and local marketing activities customer service.
Essential Duties:
- • Conduct door-to-door sales in residential neighborhoods
- • Visit local businesses to introduce services and generate leads
- • Participate in community events, fairs, vendor booths, and local sponsorship activities
- • Promote fixed wireless and fiber broadband services
- • Build relationships with apartment managers, HOAs, property managers, and local businesses
- • Distribute marketing materials, door hangers, flyers, and event promotions
- • Track sales activity, leads, and follow-up opportunities in CRM
- • Meet daily and weekly activity goals for doors knocked, conversations, appointments, and sales
- • Maintain knowledge of service areas, promotions, competitive offers, and pricing

- • Ensure a safe, healthy work environment by following all safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, and regulations per the Company’s IIPP, job safe practices and other related programs.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- • Previous door-to-door sales, customer service, retail, canvassing, or event marketing experience preferred
- • Experience using tablets, mobile apps, or CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus
- • Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
- • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and local events
- • Ability to travel to and between jobsites
- • Bilingual: English/Spanish is required
