internet service provider, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join its dynamic
team in Fresno. This position will provide oversight for inside sales, outside sales, and
retention teams, drive engagement of potential business account interests, solicit and
negotiate contracts, maximize profitable revenue through direct sales efforts and
relationship building with potential clients.
The successful candidate will be a qualified, intuitive sales professional with the ability
to develop and implement sales strategies, make well-though decisions based on data,
create necessary internal sales processes, perform to metrics, manage and work
closely with their functional team, display willingness and work effectively in cross-
functional collaborative situations, drive operational excellence, and manage activities
and expenses within a specified budget.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications or any combination of
knowledge, skills and experience demonstrating the ability to successfully perform the
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in outside sales;
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a sales supervisor or leadership role;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar focus strongly preferred;
- Experience with SalesForce or CRM equivalent required, and ability to assimilate
new software and programs;
- Excellent selling, organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication
This position requires travel, as well as attendance at tradeshows and business events.
Schedule is typically Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends
as needed to support and grow accounts.
