Referral Partner shall receive a one-time commission based on first month MRR (“Monthly Recurring Rate”) for each Service activated (and paid for) by the Prospect according to the payment structure outlined in the Referral Partner Agreement and subject to the terms of the Referral Partner Agreement between unWired and the Referral partner. (Note: the terms herein are subject to change at any time and without prior notice at the sole discretion on unWired Broadband.)
