\nteam in Fresno. This position will provide oversight for inside sales, outside sales, and
\nretention teams, drive engagement of potential business account interests, solicit and
\nnegotiate contracts, maximize profitable revenue through direct sales efforts and
\nrelationship building with potential clients.<\/p>\n

The successful candidate will be a qualified, intuitive sales professional with the ability
\nto develop and implement sales strategies, make well-though decisions based on data,
\ncreate necessary internal sales processes, perform to metrics, manage and work
\nclosely with their functional team, display willingness and work effectively in cross-
\nfunctional collaborative situations, drive operational excellence, and manage activities
\nand expenses within a specified budget.<\/p>\n
